Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we hold public liability insurance for £2,000,000.  We treat your home as if it was our own with respect to your property and your belongings.

Q: Will you provide a written quotation?
A: Yes, after your initial consultation we will provide a written quotation outlining the work to be completed, materials due to be used and overall costs in a timely manner.  Our open approach is aimed to make the decision process as straight forward as possible.  It is important to us that you feel comfortable and confident at each stage of the process and will always answer any queries that may be raised.

Q: Will you move and replace my furniture if necessary?
Yes, we will provide this service to be as helpful as possible.  We do, however, ask that rooms are cleared as much as possible prior to work starting.

Q: Can you provide quotations for insurance work?
A: Yes, we have years of experience in writing quotes for insurance companies.

Q: What advice would you offer about external redecoration?
A: Woodwork open to extreme elements can often weather quickly.  It is important that when painting woodwork that the surface is not wet or greasy and that there is no dirt or dust on the area to be painted.  Preparation is imperative for external decorating and our advice is to not leave it too long before redecoration.

Q: Can you give advice about paint finishes?
A: It is likely, as part of the decision-making process, that our clients may require information and advice about paint finishes and colour choices. We make sure to discuss all options available and will spend time making sure that we help to identify the right choice for you. This is an incredibly important part of the process in looking to achieve the best-possible results. Everyone’s tastes and requirements differ and it is important to tailor paint products to match these.
